Turn onto Castries, Gros-Inlet Highway, continue until you reach JQ’s Mall in Rodney Bay, turn left onto Reduit Beach Avenue, then right onto Flamboyant Drive. Property is on the right.

The Mortar & Pestle Waterfront Restaurant & Bar - Named after the utensil used to blend spices that give Caribbean dishes their unique flavor, this waterfront restaurant serves a variety of island dishes from several territories, as well as some European fare. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, and there is an extra emphasis on seafood, freshly caught and expertly prepared. Guests dine in casual elegance next to gentle ocean waves. Operating hours are 7:00am-11:00pm daily. In addition to The Mortar & Pestle, 18 restaurants serving a variety of cuisines are within 300 yards of Harmony Suites.

A massage studio is located on site, as is a mini-mart that’s handy for picking up last-minute items. Guests may relax on the hotel’s waterfront deck in lounge chairs or rent a car on site to explore more of the island. Umbrellas, chaise lounges, and waterbeds are available at the beach amenity booth on nearby Reduit Beach, and a water-sports center is there as well, offering equipment for windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, and more. The concierge is happy to help arrange boat tours, whale-watching excursions, rainforest hikes, and any number of other activities.

The water-sports center at nearby Reduit Beach offers equipment for windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, and other adrenaline-pumping activities. Chaise lounges, umbrellas, and such are available nearby as well. Windsurfing and canoeing are complimentary for Harmony Suites guests (as is swimming, of course, in the pool or ocean), but other activities may cost extra. The concierge is more than happy to help arrange deep-sea fishing trips, whale-watching and golfing adventures, and excursions to other islands. Rainforest hikes, historical tours, horseback riding, and flightseeing helicopter tours are also options. Lastly, the snorkeling and scuba diving off St. Lucia is some of the best in the islands.
